It was a one sided victory yesterday for the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins improved to a record of 6-6 while the Jets fell to 5-7. It was the seasons most complete game in all phases of the game for the Dolphins. The Dolphins defense played its best game of the season while Ryan Tannehill played extremely well.

LB Darnell Ellerbe and CB Brent Grimes each recorded an interception.
Olivier Vernon (10) and Philip Wheeler (8) led the team in tackles.
According to Pro Football Focus the Dolphins defense only missed 5 tackles vs the Jets. D. Ellerbe was responsible for 3 of the 5.
